Propiconazole 14.3 Fungicide - 2.5 Gal.

Propiconazole 14.3% Fungicide is a broad spectrum systemic fungicide for control of brown patch (rhizoctonia solani) and other fungus in turf grasses and ornamentals. Propiconazole is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water or areas where runoff may occur. Do not allow animals to graze on treated areas.

Target Pests

The main use of Propiconazole is to treat for brown patch disease on turf grasses and ornamentals.

Propiconazole will also systemically control plant diseases and fungi including root rot pythium blight yellow tuft downy milddew and other foliar disease.

For Use In

Propiconazole 14.3% can be used in plantations turf grasses ornamental beds conifer farms nurseries soil applications through irrigation systems and in other listed areas.

Application

Propiconazole should be mixed at a rate of 1 to 2 oz per gallon of water for brown patch control. Each gallon solution of Propiconazole will treat 1,000 sq ft of grasses.

Fungicides should be applied at times of severe plant pressure. Common months to apply propiconazole are March, April, May, September, and October. These months are when plant diseases tend to break out.

You can apply Propiconazole with spray equipment as a foliar spray or a soil treatment. See label for exact mixing instructions depending on application method. Applications of propiconazole should be made at 7-21 day intervals for best results.

To control soil born diseases Propiconazole should be watered in after application.

For control of foliar diseases let treated area fully dry before mowing or irrigation.

Propiconazole can speed seedling establishment when applied at a rate of 1oz per 1,000 sq feet. It does this by promoting faster root development and top growth.

Propiconazole can be used to treat for oak wilt, dutch elm disease, and other tree diseases through root flare applications.

Coverage Area

Each quart of Propiconazole will systemically treat up to 16,000 square feet of area for brown patch and other listed diseases.

Time to Kill

Propiconazole should be reapplied at 7 to 21 day intervals for best control. It may take up to 2 months before complete control is achieved.

0.5 ounces per gallon of water to treat 1,000 square feet
